Returns and Refunds
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics, I do not accept returns or exchanges*. I put a lot of time and care into representing each piece accurately in all listing photos and descriptions to ensure your complete satisfaction with the item, so please be sure to check all listing details and related policies before making your purchase. If you have questions or concerns about your order, please contact me so we can work together to figure it out.
You may request a cancellation of your order for a full refund provided you contact me before the item has been shipped (typically 1-3 days after your purchase date). If your order is already on its way to you, it is not possible for me to cancel it.
Returns, exchanges, and/or cancellations are not available for custom orders or commissions.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
JuniJuni Studio is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit.
If your package arrives with damage to the box it arrived in, take photos of the condition of the box before you open it, in the event a claim needs to be filed.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Merchandise being shipped into the European Union requires you be able return your order at any point within 14 days. However as packages cannot be rerouted once shipped, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed once the parcel has been returned and fully inspected for damage.
