Shipping policy

Shipping & Processing Times
Unless otherwise noted, all items available are ready-to-ship with a 1-3 day order processing time. Shipping cost & times vary based on the rate and speed you select at check-out.

Please remember that a variety of factors outside of the control of myself or my studio can add considerable delays to these estimates. Shipping times are also longer during the holiday season, so please plan your orders accordingly. Once your package is on its way to you, you will need to connect with the shipping provider directly using your tracking information for the most accurate estimate on your package's delivery. 

International Orders
For orders outside of Canada, customers are responsible for customs charges, VAT fees, and any and all other duties that might be encountered. Our items currently qualify for exemption status to the United States, meaning you will not be charged tarrifs on your order! Please note this does not mean other customs fees won't be charged, that is decided by the country of shipment, and beyond my control.

JuniJuni Studio is not responsible for the inability to deliver international orders due to a failure to cover these and any other charges relating to the parcel's journey across borders.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Address
For orders both domestic and international, we are not responsible for lost packages or packages returned to the studio due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at the time of purchase. Please check that all of your information is correct at the time of check-out to ensure your pieces arrive to you! 

In the event that a package is returned to us because it could not be successfully delivered with the information provided by the customer at the time of check-out, the customer will be notified, and plans to re-ship the item will be coordinated. The customer is responsible for additional charges incurred for items that need to be re-shipped under these circumstances.

JuniJuni Studio is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or damaged packages during transit. 

If your item was damaged in transit, please email me detailed photos of both the item and the state of any and all packaging it arrived in within 24 hours of receipt so that I may help you file a claim, and can discuss possible replacement or refund, if applicable.
